Barb we are so happy that the surgery is over and hope you have a speedy recovery! Hope to see everyone Christmas Eve~
Barb's surgery did go very well. They actually moved her out of the ICU tonight. She is in a regular room. She is pretty sore, which is to be expected. She looks really good and is in good spirits. Hopefully she will be up and walking a little bit in the next day or so. We love you Barbie and pray for a speedy recovery.
I just talked to Butch and he thinks Barb will be able to come home tomorrow. They would have released her today, but her potassium was low, so they'll check her blood again in the morning and if it is good she can come home. She has been walking a bit and seems to be doing good. Of course she is sore, but that is to be expected. Pray she gets to be home for Christmas!!!!!!
Barb is home and feeling pretty good. Yeah, I am so glad she got home before this crazy weather hit. Hopefully it will be better tomorrow for Christmas Eve. She said they might come down for awhile, depending on the weather. I'm just so thankful she is home and doing so good. Love ya Barb!!!!
